Sponsors participating in the “Sponsor a Family” programme are offered the chance to see the tangible results of their contributions very close to home. We give you, sponsor, the unique opportunity to put forward a wish family yourself from the moment you have raised the amount of 4.000 EUR (*), regardless of whether you raised this amount individually or together with other people (friends, business partners, colleagues).

If you do not know were to look for a sick child and family, BEYOND THE MOON will help you or will find one for you by contacting a doctor at a hospital in your neighbourhood. From the moment a family has been nominated, BEYOND THE MOON starts the planning and organisation of a fantastic family holiday, all in accordance with the primary care physician and the parents of the child. Upon agreement on the most suitable time frame for the sick child and family to travel, we make all travel and accommodation arrangements. The sponsor is the first to hear when the child’s wish will come true and gets all credit to being the first to communicate the confirmed travel dates to the family.

Sponsors that wish to do so are given the opportunity to meet up with the child and family to personally witness the happiness and joy of their fundraising efforts. This get-together can sometimes be emotional, but also motivating and heart-warming for everyone involved.
