After having had the honour of being rewarded by a Regional Award 2010 Antwerp  on 6 December 2010, we were very pleasantly surprised to be granted the National "Personnel Award" that was handed out for the first time by BNP Paribas Fortis Foundation - Private Foundation (Belgium) on 2 February 2011. "Our staff could give a vote to one of the 27 nominated charities and voted massively for Beyond the Moon, whose mission touched our hearts. The  BNP Paribas Fortis Foundation is very proud to be at your side in the realisation of your hopeful programme." said Filip Dierckx, President of BNP Paribas Fortis Foundation - Private Foundation. With this National Award as a recognition, we feel humble amongst the other nominated projects and at the same time very honoured.  This is the icing on the cake that crowns our 5-year existence.

On 6 December 2010, Beyond the Moon was recognised by one of three regional awards (Antwerp) issued by the BNP Paribas Foundation, Private Foundation. "The selection committee Antwerp was moved by the conviction and commitment that your file radiated and the quality of your "Sponsor a Family" programme. Together with, and on behalf of all the members of the regional selection committee, congratulations on your engagement." said Anne-France Simon, General Manager at BNP Paribas Fortis Foundation - Private Foundation and Marnix Gallen, Chairman of the Regional Selection Committee BNP Paribas Fortis. The nice amount coupled with the award will allow us to offer family vacations to several families with a sick child.
