Together with her parents, brother and dog, 17-year-old Charlotte fully enjoyed their adventures in nature during their family vacation at Center Parcs Het Meerdal in the Netherlands. Cycling, the zip wire, the high adventure experience, and many more were on their to-do list. 

"It really did us good! It gave us a carefree feeling and it was so good! Somehow, it was also a trigger as it was a bit strange to just get everything for free. And at the same time, we realised that we would have preferred not to benefit from this all, which would have meant Charlotte was not sick... We also enjoyed seeing her brother Wilco having so much fun. We were spoiled and I am well aware of that. That's why we feel so grateful!"
