Over the years, a lot of sports activities and/or participation in sports activities and public events have taken place. They raised great amounts in favour of Beyond the Moon that allowed us to offer carefree family vacations to numerous families with a seriously ill child. Lots of fun and positive team spirit depict the "Sports & Move" activities linked to Beyond the Moon. Get inspired by some examples:
Hiking the Mont Ventoux 2019 by Garage Special in Wechelderzande.
G4S is very active in running and already participated in the DVV Antwerp, the 20 km from Brussels and a relay race.
PREM Group (Ireland) is both sporty in terms of playing golf (annual golf tournament) and cycling.
The TV channel Sporza made a live report of a football match on behalf of Beyond the Moon, thanks to Sleepcomfort Bosmans in Heist-op-den-Berg.
For several years, we annually participated in the Music for Life Warmathons.
Sunparks De Haan and Sunparks Oostduinkerke walked towards each other on the beach.
There was dancing in favour of Beyond the Moon during the "We dance together into the summer" activity, thanks to Kokoro and Axis Travel.
The Ramada Plaza Antwerp Hotel was the initiator of our participation in the DVV Antwerp Short Run and Ten Miles. Numerous companies joined us.
The Sports Department of Sint-Pieters-Leeuw organised a 24-hour swimming marathon for our charity.
Adecco Belgium collected kilometres during a whole year by running, cycling, walking, etc.
Schools organised a sponsored hiking tour, a family walk or a 12-hour bicycle marathon. Individuals took part in the 100km 'Dodentocht' (Death Race).
Three men rowed from Malta to Sicily. The KRB Brugge also organised a rowing competition. Beyond the Moon was invited to join the Herculean company event with a team.
