Following the auction during the Charity Dinner of the second edition of the Niels Albert Bike Fest, a unique work of art was auctioned off for the benefit of our charity.
The artwork tells a story in itself: composed of authentic parts from the bicycle workshop of the Niels Albert Bike Store — including the original bicycle of Niels Albert, patron of Beyond the Moon.
Artist Robby Smets donated the artwork selflessly, after which Construction Company & Interior Construction Spits Ivo NV purchased it for no less than €10,000. The proceeds from this auction constituted the entire proceeds of the charity evening for the benefit of Beyond the Moon’s holiday project.
