As a volunteer, I love bringing my camera to Beyond the Moon events because I find it special to capture the small, genuine moments shared by the families. Through the lens, you sometimes notice things others might miss: a child forgetting everything for a moment and laughing carefree, brothers and sisters playing together, parents exchanging a look of relief. For these families, such a day often means much more than simply spending time together. It is a moment when they can briefly step away from hospitals, treatments, and worries. Being able to capture those moments, so they can look back on them later, feels incredibly valuable to me. Every photo tells a part of their story.
