You do an excellent job. Your follow-up and warmth ensured that everything was arranged in every detail, allowing us to leave with peace of mind and feeling well-prepared. From the very first minute till the last, we enjoyed every moment. The loss of our eldest son and the illness of our youngest have brought our family far too much sorrow. But during these three days, we experienced nothing but joy, and all our worries disappeared. Our entire family felt like true VIPs, with priority access throughout the park and with all the characters. It was literally: what we dreamed of, we received. Everyone was always incredibly friendly, and whenever we showed our ‘wish badge’, doors opened for us. A place where dreams come true.
