Are you a family with a sick child who also wants to enjoy such a unique family holiday? Before proceeding, carefully read our selection criteria that a family with a sick child must meet in order to be considered.
HOW DO YOU APPLY FOR A FREE BEYOND THE MOON HOLIDAY?
- DIGITAL: Below .PDF files can online only be filled in via Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (*). How? Click on the image and save the document on your computer. Once the document is saved, move the cursor (= pointer on the screen of a computer) to the document, right-click on the mouse and indicate: Open with (you get a list box, click on:) Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Click on 'Tools' at the top, then on 'Fill in & Sign'. After you have filled in everything, first save the completed document on your computer and send it via email to: elena1403@beyondthemoon.org (also see the digital step-by-step plan)
